About the Founder
Adrian Bryant is an educator, facilitator, and strategist with over 20 years of professional experience spanning education, workforce development, and community engagement.
A Howard University alumnus, Adrian has led youth programming, coached student groups, and delivered culturally responsive instruction across school and community settings. His work is grounded in the belief that engagement improves when students see relevance, dignity, and opportunity reflected in their learning.
