Adrian Bryant is the Founder of Adrian Bryant Media Group, LLC, an education and youth engagement consulting firm focused on post-secondary readiness, student engagement, and workforce pathways.
A Howard University graduate, Adrian has spent decades working at the intersection of education, mentorship, and professional development. His commitment to helping students reach their full potential began at age 15 and has included roles as a mentor, coach, educator, and community organizer.
In addition to his work in education, Adrian brings over 20 years of success in enterprise sales at Fortune 100 companies, providing him with a rare blend of instructional expertise and organizational strategy. This background informs ABMG’s outcomes-driven approach, helping schools and organizations translate engagement into measurable results.
Adrian’s passion for education was shaped early through his study of history and global affairs. As a high school senior, he interned with the African National Congress at the United Nations, contributing to international advocacy efforts. He later co-founded the Youth Empowerment Program (1996) and Keen Vision AAU Basketball Club (2013), initiatives that have supported hundreds of young people through leadership development, college readiness, and life-skills programming.
A highly regarded facilitator and presenter, Adrian delivers research-informed, culturally responsive programming that helps students make informed academic and career choices while equipping educators with practical strategies to better support diverse learners.
Adrian’s work is further informed by his wife, Bernadette Bryant, an educational administrator with expertise in curriculum development and student success strategies. Together, they share a long-standing commitment to educational excellence and opportunity.
